The centre, House of the Centaurs, is located at the edge of the village of Anilio, 27 miles (40km) east of Volos, Greece's 6th largest city, in one of the most beautiful regions of mainland Greece. Heavily forested with Chestnut trees, fruit and olive groves, the many beaches along this stretch of coast are still beautiful and quiet out of the Greek holiday season (late July-August)
